Fitness should enhance your life outside of the gym! Whether the goal is to lose weight, improve strength, increase energy or just be more mobile to allow you to do the activities you like and feel confident in your body. I would love to support you in your wellness goals by providing encouragement, direction, and accountability.

Get to Know Melodie:

I started my health and fitness journey in college where I fell in love with group fitness in almost every format. When my second son was born, I decided to stay at home with the kids and coincidentally spent more time at the gym, reigniting my passion for exercise and quickly made the decision to teach a few classes. I’ve been teaching for 10 years and am still passionate about helping others. Gym time is always a daily highlight.

When I’m not working I love playing board games, going to concerts, cooking and traveling with my husband and our 4 kids.
