Did you know you can update your credit card on file, view and update members in your household, lookup your scan-in card, reprint receipts, view your membership, view your visits and update your email and phone.

UPDATE ACCOUNT DETAILS

 
  1. Visit: www.nbtexas.org/signup

  2. Login or Forgot Password/Username to look up your account info

  3. Click "Update Account Details"

  4. Here you can update things like:

    1. Phone Numbers​

    2. Email

    3. Address

    4. ADD additional Family Members

    5. ADD Emergency Contacts

You must be the Primary on the account to make updates

UPDATE CREDIT CARD ON FILE

 
  1. Visit: www.nbtexas.org/signup

  2. Login or Forgot Password/Username to look up your account info

  3. Top Menu - Click "My Account"

  4. Click "AUTO DEBIT"

  5. Select card that has expired or changed

You must be the Primary on the account to make updates

MAKE A PAYMENT

  1. Visit: www.nbtexas.org/signup

  2. Login or Forgot Password/Username to look up your account info

  3. Top Menu - Click "My Account"

  4. Click "Make a Payment"

  5. Didn't work? Check to see if your card is up to date (see above)

 

REPRINT A RECEIPT

You must be the Primary on the account to view

  1. Visit: www.nbtexas.org/signup

  2. Login or Forgot Password/Username to look up your account info

  3. Top Menu - Click "My Account"

  4. Click "Reprint a Receipt"

 

VIEW YOUR MEMBERSHIP and view your scan in card

You must be the Primary on the account to make updates

  2. Login or Forgot Password/Username to look up your account info

  3. Top Menu - Click "My Account"

  4. Click "My Membership"

  5. Select current active membership
