Get to Know Josh:
Fitness has had a special place in my heart since the start of my own fitness journey in freshman year of college. What started as a way to work through personal strife soon turned into a lifestyle that I am constantly learning and discovering about. In my down time, I enjoy reading, writing, online gaming, and TRYING to figure out the word of the day (why only six guesses, Wordle?!)!
