Just keep moving! Staying active and in motion throughout our daily lives is essential in maintaining a healthy lifestyle. It is an ongoing journey that everyone can begin and it all starts with that first step. From personal experience, I know that the hardest part of starting anything new is just showing up. From there, the sky's the limit!

Get to Know Josh:

Fitness has had a special place in my heart since the start of my own fitness journey in freshman year of college. What started as a way to work through personal strife soon turned into a lifestyle that I am constantly learning and discovering about. In my down time, I enjoy reading, writing, online gaming, and TRYING to figure out the word of the day (why only six guesses, Wordle?!)!
