Fitness & Health Philosophy:

“She sets about her work vigorously; her arms are strong for her task” Proverbs 31:17
When we exercise, our daily tasks get easier. Everyday mundane tasks like carrying groceries, climbing stairs, walking from our far parked car in to the store. But more importantly, our daily tasks that excite us also become easier like playing with our kids or grandkids, pushing a kiddo on a swing or being able to take a long hike! I am very passionate about helping all clients build both strength and cardiovascular endurance. Feeling strong is more than just lifting heavy weights, it’s total body wellness! I aim to help my clients feel strong both inside and outside of the gym. 
I am also very passionate about our youth! I love to train young athletes as well. Learning proper form and the importance of healthy movement early on is something I am very passionate about.
