Vanessa Terpenning 

 

Fitness & Health Philosophy:

“You can, if you think you can, you can.” My goal is to inspire, transform and change. I believe in making your health and fitness journey a lifestyle, in order to have lifelong results. I am huge on correct form, to prevent injuries and to help you feel more confident in what you do. I am a believer in balanced work, resistance training, mobility, and cardiovascular, they are all important!!! Change happens when we get out of our comfort zone, so let’s get comfortable being uncomfortable. The good Lord only gave us one body to steward, and I am passionate about stewarding it well and making the best with it! You CAN reach the top of the mountain, ONE step at a time. Embrace the process, enjoy the climb, keep moving, and don’t forget to breathe.

Get to Know Vanessa:

I just love to move!
Loves being outdoors, especially near or in the water, spending time with family and friends, church and worship. Living by faith is my go-to in life. ❤️ I am married and have 3 kids, 2 teens and most recently a new sweet baby.
