Tina O.


Fitness & Health Philosophy:

I believe that fitness and health is more than the way you look or what you eat; it’s about how it makes you feel, your quality of life, your ability to move, and your mental well-being. When you start to view fitness and health as a lifestyle rather than a chore, you begin to expand and develop new habits and behaviors that can improve every aspect of your life. My philosophy on how to start making fitness and health a lifestyle is finding exercises that make you feel good and enjoy, trying new things, building confidence in your abilities, increasing knowledge of health-related fitness, and finding ways to continue to be physically active. My passion for fitness and health combined with my gift of teaching has led me to this profession and I want to inspire and motivate others to discover the joy and rewards in choosing to live a healthy lifestyle.

Get to Know Tina:

Tina is energetic with an outgoing personality that is passionate about fitness. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Family and Consumer Science Education and is an NASM Certified Personal Trainer.  Tina’s passion and knowledge of fitness comes from the many hours of training she has done to prepare for triathlons, obstacle course races, and long-distance cycling and running. Her goal as a trainer is to motivate her clients and build a fitness program that meets their specific health and wellness goals.  She enjoys researching and exploring new creative ways to make working out enjoyable while also accomplishing your goals. Tina is an early riser and looks forward to being part of starting your morning on a positive note.
