Fitness & Health Philosophy:
An unknown author once said, “Exercise not only changes your body, it changes your mind, your attitude, and your mood.” This quote speaks to my fitness journey and the journey I want to encourage in others. Mindset and motivation are key to maintain our health goals. I want to encourage and educate my clients for both long term success and a positive self-image. I will use your unique needs to create a program that is best for you. Through education and experience, using safe methods, and a friendly manner, my goal for clients is to maintain a healthy yet playful and happy life.

Get to Know Anna:
Being physically active can be challenging for most including myself. I understand how hard life can get in the way at times. I work full time as a teacher and have two teens of my own. It has taken work to maintain my motivation and to make workouts a part of my everyday life. I would love to help you do the same.
I also understand how our weight can drag us down. As someone who was once very overweight, I can relate to the struggles of lifestyle change as well. I want to help others find their fitness love and see the changes that result.
