Ana Ogden 


Fitness & Health Philosophy:

“Making time for our self-care and health is imperative. Life is like a big jar that we fill with large sized rocks which represent the big, time consuming things in life such as work and family. We, then fill in the gaps with medium sized rocks followed by sand to fill in whatever gaps are leftover. It is important to make a personal decision to make health and fitness a large rock and not the sand to fill in the empty spots.”

Education & Certifications:

  • Bachelor of Science, Health and Kinesiology from Texas A&M University

  • Associates Degree, Applied Sciences in Physical Therapy Assistant 

  • Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant 

  • ACTION Certified Personal Trainer 

  • Basic Life Support CPR, AED, and First Aid

Get to Know Ana:

Ana practiced Taekwondo for 18 years and earned her third-degree black belt. She is currently a licensed physical therapist assistant with experience in outpatient physical therapy and skilled nursing facility. During her time at the outpatient physical therapy clinic, she treated ailments such as total knee replacements, total hip replacements, shoulder impingements, rotator cuff repairs, total shoulder replacements, meniscus repairs, and ACL/PCL/MCL tears.
