Fitness & Health Philosophy:

We were made to move, and I want to help others keep moving! God has created our bodies so intricately, and I strongly believe our physical health, mental health, emotional/relational health, and spiritual health are all connected. My goal as a trainer is to encourage my clients in their health journey, help them meet their goals and build confidence, and find what works for them so that health and fitness can be lifelong!

Get to Know Jillian:

I have been passionate about sports and fitness since I was 3 years old! After 2 shoulder surgeries that took me out of contact sports, I shifted my workouts from athletic-based to include more strength training, mobility, and functional movement. So whether you’re a seasoned athlete or you’ve never stepped foot in a gym, I’d love to help you meet your goals whatever they are!

 

I love to try new things and challenge myself and others! When I’m not working out, you can find me hiking with my husband and our dog, roller skating, cooking/baking, or playing an instrument and songwriting!
