COVID-19 Group Exercise Policies

  • Capacity is 29 members.
  • Classes will be body weight only, no equipment.
  • Yoga and Pilates classes will require members to bring their own mat.
  • Classes have been relocated to the gym and back lawn to allow for social distancing.
  • We will continue Facebook Live events

Getting fit in a group setting is a great way to stay healthy with friends and make new ones. Rely on your colleagues for motivation and encourage those around you to give their best efforts at every class. Looking for high-intensity workouts, calming yoga classes, Zumba, or something else? They’re all at Das Rec.

In order to adhere to Governor Abbott’s gym reopening guidelines, Das Rec will be operating with a new, limited group exercise schedule. Members will need to reserve a spot online in group exercise classes.
