Fitness & Health Philosophy:
I believe that all bodies are good bodies, exercise shouldn't be torture, and that our bodies are meant to move! I love helping individuals find the style of movement that brings them joy. We are all individuals and our approach to exercise and working out shouldn't be cookie cutter. I also love debunking fitness & wellness myths, movement analysis/biomechanics, and assisting in the cultivation of healthy behaviors that don't feel restrictive. As someone who has had a lifelong struggle with eating disorders, body dysmorphia, and chronic illness I understand that the gym setting can be filled with triggers. So my goal is create a safe place for you where triggers are minimized, we cultivate body neutrality, and diet-culture is removed.
