Fitness & Health Philosophy:
"Joseph Pilates once said "It is the mind that shapes the body." I firmly believe that approaching wellness with kindness to oneself and integrity in one's practice yields results that stand the test of time. I plan sessions around the need for both resistance and restoration and encourage students to treat every level of intensity, or lack thereof, with equal intention. Through heavy focus on form, breath and functional movement with gradual progression, my hope for you is a higher quality of life and a deeper understanding of how strong and capable your body is."
