Fitness & Health Philosophy: “Having enjoyed a lifetime of personal fitness pursuits, from professional rodeo to bodybuilding, ballet to triathlons, I have now made my passion for an active lifestyle my career. My area of specialization is with older adults, but I have had the pleasure of working with clients from the ages of 18 to 84. I have developed personal training for folks trying to improve their golf game and clients with arthritis who are recovering from joint replacement. My focus is to understand and meet the unique goals of each of my clients.”
